not getting restarted.

- Go to Run prompt i.e. Start>>Run or Search Programs and Files edit box.
- Type “Services.msc” over there and press enter key.
- Search for “MySQL56” service.
- Check if the Service is showing Status as “Started”.
- Right click over there i.e. on service itself.
- Click on Stop and let the service be stopped.
- Go to XAMPP control panel and click on Quit button.
- Open the xampp-control
- Problem is solved for "Port 3306 in use by "mysqld.exe"!" and you will see the following message.
