How to Prepare yourself for BPO /Call Center Job Interview:


Tensed because you have to face job interview in forthcoming days!!!!

Don't worry, Be calm and Just follow your basics to crack the interview.
Here is the suggestion to judge the job best and Let the interviewer know why you are the best one to be hired for organization:
·    Go through thoroughly with all the bullet points mentioned in the Job Description.
·    Gather as much as knowledge about all those bullet points.
·    Record all the Knowledge Points to a document of understanding (DOU) for future reference as well. 
·    Go through thoroughly with all the bullet points mentioned in your Resume.
·    Gather as much as knowledge about all those bullet points.
·    Include all these Knowledge Points to the exisiting DOU.
·    Think of all the questions pertaining to your Interpersonal / Professional / Technical skills which Interviewer may ask during job interview.
·    With the help of Internet, gather all the questions pertaining to your Interpersonal / Professional / Technical skills which Interviewer may ask during job interview.

·    Include all these questions to the exisiting DOU.
·    Make a softcopy and hardcopy of DOU and put both the items in a soft and hard folder respectively.
·    Spend some time to read the DOU on daily basis.
·    One Day before the interview,Take atleast 2 Hard Copies of your Resume,Updated DOU,Cover Letter,Interview Letter,Venue Detail,Contact Detail,RouteMap and put them in a folder.
·    Take a good sleep.
·    Get ready at least two hours before the Job Interview.
·    Try to reach at the venue one hour before the Job Interview.
·    Be relaxed and face the job interview confidently.
·    Don't worry about the outcome.
·    If you are through and selected in the Job Interview,Congrates!!!
·    If you are not selected in the Job Interview, Don't Regret and be ready for the next opportunity.
·    Analyze the whole interview process and think of what was missing from your side.
·    Recall all those Points and Include those points to your exisiting DOU.
·    Repeat the above mentioned process and don't let your confidence down till the time you get the Job because you are honest and will emerge stonger from all your weak points.
